What is LTA Probability Management?

We are the first and longest running Third Party Proposition Player Provider company in all of Florida.

What does that mean? If I worked at LTA what would I do?

Ours is a little known industry. We help card rooms in Florida maintain the integrity of the casino type games that they run. Working with our company would allow you to sit in on one of those games. You would watch the action and make sure that the game is played properly, that all bets are paid out as they should be.  

Does LTA offer competitive pay? 

Our current starting wage is $18.50. However, that is only your base hourly. You also receive a profit sharing bonus at the end of the year based on what we have made that year. Profit sharing is guaranteed to be a minimum of a dollar for every hour you worked that year, though it will likely be more than that.

For 2021 the profit sharing came out to be an extra $2.44 an hour. In 2022 it jumped to an average of over $6.50. But even at only the guaranteed $1.00, it brings your end of the year hourly up to $19.50.

On top of that we have an unprecedented retirement program. No money comes out of your paycheck. We just add an additional 15% of everything you earn every 3 months. So this comes out to another $2.92 an hour. And since that money goes to a retirement account, you will not pay taxes on that additional 15%.

So all things considered, by the end of the year, the starting hourly compensation is going to be over $22/hour, at the very least. With a 40 hour week that would work out to over $46,000 a year. And on top of that, certain shifts offer additional bonus pay.

What would I need to land such a job?

Integrity is our business. It is the primary attribute we look for. Beyond that, much of what we need is not that different than what a bank would look for in a cashier. You should have comfort with math, be able to quickly calculate 6 times 15. We would like you to have warm social skills, the ability to interact easily with the diverse group of players you will meet at your table.

Familiarity with poker is definitely a plus. But we offer paid training for the games you would be observing. And finally, our industry does not work a basic 9-5. So availability on nights and weekends is very important.

Why has the turnover rate in this company been so low over the years? 

We are a small company made up of easy going people who enjoy time together. We have been exceptionally lucky in pulling together individuals that make for a good atmosphere.
